With Windows 2000 you have to re-install as well.

Does anyone know what happens when the trial period expires on a Windows XP
Pro 120 day trial?  Can you just enter a valid license key and unlock it or
does it have to be re-installed with a non-trial copy.  Or if you don't want
to keep it can you uninstall and go back to your old OS.  Win98 in this
case.
