Not a good idea! I suspect you'll be even worse off if you attempt to do
that.
However...if you have a backup from before you did SP3 you would be able to
restore it.

did not select the op-out option. Now we have issues and I would like to go

to SP2. Is it OK to install SP2 over SP3? Any issues with this?
