Ray You have to be in a Terminal session to be able to control another client. The option to remote control people's sessions is grayed out for me. We run Citrix Metaframe XPe. I have full permissions in the domain (2000, domain admin), and to the best of my knowledge, remote control is enabled on these people's sessions. There are other people in my department who can remote control onto these sessions, but they are using the Citrix management thing to do it. When going into the TS manager, the option is also grayed out for them. Does anyone know what has to be enabled for me to remote control a terminal services session in a 2000 domain?
