[windows2000] Registry permissions

Hi
Does anyone know what keys change registry permissions in Windows 2000. Eg
- if I want to add the "full control" right to the users group on
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\.... key. I know how to do it manually via
regedt32... I need to create a package so I can associate it to 1000
desktops so I need to know what reg keys to change so I can package it to
all users..
