Hi everyone I tried this experiment, and this is exactly what I saw. I was hoping this was not the norm, but it is. Thanks again for everyone's help and advice Russell -----Original Message----- From: Joe Shonk [mailto:JShonk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, September 03, 2002 12:00 PM To: 'windows2000@xxxxxxxxxxxxx' Subject: [windows2000] Re: Recover deleted files from share drive on W2K s erver The file does not go anywhere.... I checked the recycle bin on the server, and it's not there, and I checked the recycle bin on the local workstation, and the file does not appear there either. Can someone point me in the right direction?
