[windows2000] OWA and Windows '98

Have anyone seen an issue where Windows 98 machines that try to get into OWA
for Exchange 2000 are only prompted the first time they go to the site for
username and password. Subsequent times to the site they are auto logged on
with the previous users credentials. The only way to get a logon screen to
come back up is to reboot the PC. I have deletes temp internet files, cookies
and set IE to not cache anything. Anybody seen this issue and know a solution?
