MessageI wonder why this is...? Liberum for instance, isn't that complicated
to use even for newbie, is it??

Are there others out there that have this same problem?

I been using one from Internet Software Sciences
http://www.inet-sciences.com/ the three tech version is free. If you need
more than three techs than you need to pay for licenses. I've always thought
it was somewhat limited but the price was right.

I have the same challenges, no one wants to use it. It has become the IT
Depts. knowledgebase.
