1) Since you are using Citrix, you are on a terminal server. So you must install any office 2000 app using an MST file, which you can get from the MS website. If that is not what you meant, you need to go back and do that. 2) Performance can be lots of things. If you installed Win2kSP4 there are patches you need (mostly logon/off performance issues). As was suggested, you should take this to TheThin.net board, as there are many more people over there with TS experience. Be specific on the app, OS (including service packs), and Citrix versions. I installed Office and Project the way the manuals tell you to do it on MS website so I don't know how this happened either. Would this cause slow performance? I have seen this with Project2000 on Server2003. If you create UserData as an empty string, the problem goes away. Unfortunately that is a HKCU key, so per user! If Project, you may also have an issue with "HKCU/Software/ODBC/ODBC.INI/MS Access Database", however this may be a 2003 issue only. If it happens, just create that as a key (unless you use the feature). Timothy R.
