[windows2000] Locked accounts

Other than failed login attempts, what other reasons would lock an account out?
We have a user who logs in fine, then after a while loses their drive mappings
and if they logout and attempt to log back in they are locked out. I've
disabled the account policy for password temporarily but they still get locked
out.
