[windows2000] Internet connection wizard

How do I stop the Internet Connection Wizard from appearing for new
users?
IGNORE THIS QUESTION. I just wanted to time how long it would take me
to type that question, whether it would be into a search engine, a
newsgroup, or a list like this. I get so irritated by the stupid
nonsense calls that our helpdesk gets because people don't know how to
look up information they don't know. Thanks for listening.
