[windows2000] How do I rebuild a RAID-5 array?

One of the 3 HDs in my RAID-5 array, on my Exchange Server in a
Windows 2000 Server network, died. (I am using a web-based interface
to read/write email.) I have been able to determine which HD has
failed, gotten its make and model number, extra. However, I have
never done anything like replace a hard drive in a RAID array. I am
out of my depth here. Besides simply pulling the bad HD out and
putting a new one in, what else am I supposed to do? I have been
looking through MSDN, without much help. And now I am checking
Google, but am getting mostly websites who want to sell me RAID
solutions, rather than anything that tells me how to resolve my
problem. The server involved is a DC, but I am not sure if that
matters or not. I can bring the machine up, so the OS must be
installed on the primary partition, whereas the partition that has
Exchange on it is on a secondary partition.

So, I could use some help on this.
