Maybe I don't understand, but reading this sentence:

"Sometimes the server will take some of the Rick you which are not on the
user's configuration."

Doesn't help... Want to try to explain the problem?

Subject: [windows2000] Having problems printing with terminal services

We are still having problems trying to configure terminal services correctly on
users' desktops so that they can print to their desktops with the terminal
services client. Sometimes the server will take some of the Rick you which are
not on the user's configuration. How do we fix these problems?

We're using Windows 2000 Terminal Services server.
