I can recommend either Shavlik HFNetChkPro or Ecora's Patch Manager. We currently use Shavlik. It does a great job on Win 2K machines and above. It can have issues with some NT 4 machines though. Ecora hasn't been around as long but is very responsive to any issue you may have.
