I can recommend either Shavlik HFNetChkPro or Ecora's Patch Manager.  We
currently use Shavlik.  It does a great job on Win 2K machines and above.
It can have issues with some NT 4 machines though.  Ecora hasn't been around
as long but is very responsive to any issue you may have.

Just looking for some feedback on how most of you roll out or keep up with
all of the MS patches and updates. The windowsupdate.microsoft.com page is a
great resource but going to each workstation is obviously not very
efficient. What tools, 3rd party products or perhaps scripts do you use to
keep clients up to date?
