[windows2000] FTP suggestion

We are looking for an easy to use/administer FTP server on windows 2K
server.
The overall objective is to have a Windows based package that will allow us
to track users as they log into the server and to track what they download.
It would be a nice feature if the software would allow for virtual sites or
in other words it can run multiple sites off a single piece of hardware.
Any input will be appreciated.
