Start->Settings->Control Panels->Add/Remove Programs->Windows Components Tab->Check off terminal services. When you click OK, you will be asked if you want to install Terminal Services in Remote Administration mode or Application mode. (this is for Win2K) I think it might be installed by default in Win2k3...
