[windows2000] Disappearing Web Page

Hello All,
I am having some problems trying to figure out a problem. It seems I have
one user that developed an odd problem on Friday. Up until Friday, the user
was able to go to a particular webpage every day. Since Friday, the user,
no matter what computer they are signed on to, can not access this page.
Everyone else on the network can get to the page, even from said users
computer.
There have been no policies set nor any restrictions placed on the user. I
have tried checking the Restricted sites list, adding the site to the
Trusted sites, flushing the dns cache, purging History, deleting cookies,
deleting all temporary internet files and even went so far as to restore a
backup of the users profile from before the problem began. All to no avail.
Does anyone have any ideas on what this problem could be?
The user is on a P4 1.6Ghz machine with 512 MB of RAM running Win 2KPro on
SP3. The browser is IE 5.5.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated,
