[windows2000] Re: Desktop doesn't refresh when spanned using Nvidia gfx-card

Set automatically to 60Hz when spanned. If using only one monitor, up to 75Hz
at 1280x1024x32b is supported. 75Hz when spanned is not supported, although
available from menu for some reason, all I get if I chose that is a black
screen, requiring a reboot to fix.
