[windows2000] Daylight Savings Time updates

Microsoft has told us that their software will have to be updated due to
the new laws around the changes in daylight savings time here in a few
weeks in the US.
Does anyone know if this is part of their automatic updates or something
we'll have to push out to the user machines?
