[windows2000] Converting filenames to certain case?

Hi all,
I have a bunch of files that are all in uppercase. As they disturb
my sense of aesthetics, I was wondering if there's any applet
floating around on the 'net, that when run, will convert the
filenames to small case. Or even better, the first letter in upper
case and the rest in small?
