[windows2000] Control Panel Fault?

Hi all,
I've seen the following error on several Win2k workstations, some of them
have SP3 and some still SP2. When control panel is opened, instead of all
the different icons, there's just folders with only a few named!
Just wondering if anyone else had encountered this?
