[windows2000] Clearing CAL for WinXP Home Machine

I am having a problem getting a Windows XP Home machine to connect to my
terminal services server.
I was told that the server is probably rejecting the CAL, because it is more
than 90 days old.
I was unable to find any information on how to fix this issue, I believe there
is a registry edit I would need to do every 90 days or something, although I
could be wrong.
