Try NJStar.

You basically select some text and tell it what language it is - then
run
the appropriate spell checker. I have not used the chinese part of but
other
languages and it worked just fine.

There are some special items for Asian languages available.

Spell checking? Will the proofing tools enable someone to type Chinese
in
MS Word? That's what I need to do, (or instruct one of our users to
do).

You want to look at the MS Office Proofing Tools for spell checking and
all
that good stuff.

Hey guys.. Have a tough question that hopefully someone will be able to
give
me an answer to.

We currently have a user in NYC that needs to send out a proposal in
Chinese. Is there a way to setup MS Word 97 so that you can edit and
type
documents in Chinese?

Any help would be appreciated. I wanted to test a few things on my
machine,
but I am afraid of turning my computer's text or Word text into
Chinese
without being able to read it to change it back.. :-)

Thanks,

Eddie Martin
