Well, I'd definitely recommend Winamp over iTunes, especially on this list. But if he absolutely insists on it, there should be an option in one of the menus to type in, or paste in a specific address of the station he wants to listen to. Either way, he'll want to save the link for future reference so it'll be easy to go back to.
