    Hi Dave,
Thanks for the directions. I did that, and I got winamp working again.
You sure are right about musicmatch it is very annoying, and it is not jaws
friendly. I do know how to rip CD's to my harddrive with it only because a
friend of mine showed me how. If I could find another program to rip CD's with
that is jaws friendly I would much rather use it.
    Take care,
    Lisa

Not sure what version of Winamp you have but assuming it's current
you press control + P to get to preferences which will bring up a tree
view. At the top of the list is Winamp Pro, next down is general
preferences. If you right arrow and open general preferences th first in that
list is filetypes. If you tab twice it should say "associated filetypes" and
there will be a list of filetypes to check or uncheck. If you tab once more it
will say "all" and if you click that Winamp should play everything.
Musicmatch came with the new PC I just bought and I finally deleted it!
It's an extremely annoying piece of software!

        Hello everyone,
Yesterday I was burning some CD's to my harddrive using music match.
Now when I hit enter on a song to play it music match is coming up and playing
the song instead of winamp. I opened up winamp first, and then hit enter on
the song to play, but music match still came up and played the song. How can I
get winamp to once again come up and play my songs, and can I do this with
jaws? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
         Take care,
        Lisa
