Hello: I don't know myself. I think you have to go into the winamp folder to do it! You'd have to go into your C drive and go to program files. then go to winamp. You might find it there! Here's another thought when these issues occurr and this has worked for me. Try deleting the winamp.ini file in the winamp folder and then start winamp up. It will give you the opening screen where you send your email and once 
you close that hopefully it will be resolved. I haven't had trouble with
mine for a long time but that tends to resolve issues so give that a try
and let us know if that fixes it.

   Recently, I installed winamp 5.54, but this morning, I tried going

into winamp, and pressed alt l to go to the library to type in a URL, and
all of a sudden my winamp has been so sluggish all day! I cannot even get
it completely uninstalled and everytime I play a file, it takes forever to 
play and gives me an error which I have to send, or don't send, etc. This
is really starting to get on my nerves. Can anybody please, please help me 
fix this as this is really gonna drive me nuts. I can't even go to the
skins in winamp at all.Thanks a bunch!
