Dear all, currently HPV Germany pays for the certificate, calibration of the
Hanhard watch. We can also pay the certicicates. WHPVA has no treasurer and no
formal structure. As far as I Remember we all agreed to that structure or not?

As fas as I know that's not what agreed was when this organisation was
created. What I'm sure of is that the NVHPV (and probably also all the
members) have fund the WHPVA with one euro per member.
Do we actually have a thesaurier to keep track of "our" money. B.t.w.
It's great that Nick pays for the certificates himself, but I would
have no objection if the funds are used for that.
And now we are at it. Is there a abactis who might keep track of such documents.
p.s. Voting has never been an issue as we have managed to get a
consensus before any vote, but I want to set this straigh. I'll try to
get in contact with Ben Wichers who may have more information.
