I agree, www.freelanceswitch.com is a great site/resource for us
freelancers.
I also read http://www.anti9to5guide.com/ for advice. Her books on
freelancing are excellent.
I've pieced together a web work contract from samples I've found online.
Once you have a basic template, you can tailor it to each client.
