In general I think it's pretty self-explanatory. Things that I'd
add/clarify is whether the app will access existing records in an
existing database and if so what that database is.

If not, are there requirements for the new database to share
information with the existing database (e.g., if a faculty member's
record gets updated at columbia's web site, does the expert guide
database automatically update, or can the admin make that choice).

finally, does the development shop host and deliver the app, or does
columbia, and if columbia, are there requirements for the type of
servers, operating systems, etc that must be adhered to.
