[webproducers] Templats & Resources Wiki

Ok  it sounds like a lot of folks are interested in this so I'll get  
working on this.  To avoid bombarding the list with messages here a   
few first steps:
1.  Wiki:                       I'll probably just install a basic wiki to 
start but if  
anyone has extensive experience and wants to suggest a particular Wiki  
we should use let me know.
2.  Contributors:       Got something to contribute or willing to draft  
something special? Please send me a note off-list and I'll follow up  
with you.
2. Volunteers:  Anyone interested in helping to setup, design, organize  
the documents?  If so send me a msg off-list and tell me what
