will depends a lot of what the organization want to have like 
functionalities and what modules are developed for this opensource CMS.
The company which can offer best information is the one which know what 
are the good part of Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress, MovableType, Typo3, 
opencms and other well know application and which can offer them a very 
detailed solution.
If is need it we can help them with a free advice .
