DESCRIPTION: Mid-sized consulting company with offices
in downtown NYC and Princeton, NJ is currently seeking
a full-time Senior Web Producer.

LOCATION: NYC, NEW YORK

JOB FUNCTIONS:=20
=B7 Manage a team composed of Associate Producers,
  Designers, Front-end Developers, and Information
  Architects.
=B7 Create an overall production schedule for the
  department and maintain it.
=B7 Manage budgets for large production efforts.
=B7 Provide creative ideas for projects (design ideas,
  functionality ideas, etc.)
=B7 Work with other department managers to balance
  resources, budgets, and goals.
=B7 Manage the schedule of updates and enhancements to
  existing projects.
=B7 Advise Project Managers on Technical Specifications
  and integration for future projects.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
=B7 3-5 years of experience as a Producer or Senior
  Producer
=B7 Must have demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage
  resources, and work well with creative and technical
  employees.
=B7 Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills.
=B7 Strong creative background and ability to provide
  creative direction. Proven examples of high standards
  of excellence.
=B7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
=B7 Proficiency with HTML, XML, Flash, JavaScript,
  DHTML, CSS, Visio, Project, Photoshop, Illustrator,
  and other design tools.
