Bizarre. 6.5ms on, 6.5ms off, 6.5ms on, etc. Is that supposed to be a
400Hz tone? It's interesting that it doesn't pick up exactly where it
left off -- it's like the intervening data was dropped or silenced,
rather than just delayed.
That's about 288 samples per chunk, which is about 2300 bytes. I don't
know why those would be interesting numbers.
