I have an AVStream audio driver that implements WMI performance counters.  The 
performance counters show up in the perfmon application on Windows 2003, but 
not on Windows 2008 or Vista.  I can see that the performance counters are 
being read as soon as I access the Add Counters dialog.  Does anyone know what 
magic needs to be performed to get them to show up in the Add Counters dialog?
