Can an absentee ballot just be filled out and handed to you?

The deadline to fill out an absentee ballot application is 12 noon on
Wednesday, September 7th.
I will be in the office Tuesday the 6th from 12 p.m. - 2 p.m. and
Wednesday the 7th from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. (978-544-8304).
Please call 978-544-3402 if you need to come in outside of these office
hours to obtain an absentee ballot.
