Jeffrey Cucinotta, Disability & Work Incentives Benefit Specialist, is
available to help you understand your benefits or benefits you may
qualify for. He has an office at the Office for the Deaf and Hard of
Hearing, the Department of Health and Family Services, 1 West Wilson
Street, Room 451, Madison.
Jeffrey can handle calls and questions from persons who are deaf or use
sign language as their primary mode of communication regarding benefits.
