Ant Bully, an animated film with the voices of Nicholas Cage, Paul Giamatti and Julia Roberts from Warner Bros. Pictures (cc dvs) (rated PG)

John Tucker Must Die from Twentieth Century Fox Films (cc dvs) (rated PG-13)
A chronic cheater (Jesse Metcalfe of Desperate Housewives) gets a taste of his own medicine when three of his angry ex-girlfriends team up to take revenge and break his heart.

Miami Vice starring Jamie Foxx and Colin Farrell and directly by Michael Mann from Universal Pictures (cc dvs) (rated R)
Miami cop Ricardo Tubbs (Foxx) is urbane and dead smart. He lives with Bronx-born intel analyst Trudy (Naomie Harris), and they work undercover transporting drug loads into South Florida to identify a group responsible for three murders. Sonny Crockett (Farrell) is a maverick officer, but he knows what he's doing. While undercover working with the supplier of the South Florida group he gets romantically entangled with Isabella (Gong Li), the Chinese-Cuban wife of an arms and drugs trafficker. Soon it's tough to figure out who's on the right side of the law.

A PAUSE FROM NEWS ABOUT ACCESSIBLE MOVIES FOR NEWS ABOUT ACCESSIBLE ONLINE VIDEO...

America Online (AOL), in collaboration with WGBH's Media Access Group, is now testing
closed captions for streaming news content from CNN that will enhance the online media experience for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. Captioned CNN video content will be available throughout the AOL network, including the AOL service, the free AOL.com Web portal (http://www.aol.com) and the AOL Video portal (http://www.aol.com/video). For more information, including system requirements to view the captioned video, please see http://ncam.wgbh.org/news/aol.html. Thanks to the NEC Foundation of American and AOL for their support of and commitment to this pioneering effort to make news delivered via the Web more accessible.

... AND GUIDELINES FOR ACCESSIBLE DIGITAL MATERIALS

WGBH's National Center for Accessible Media (NCAM) has just published Guidelines for Accessible Digital Materials. These guidelines, which provide step-by-step solutions as well as information on public policies and standards pertaining to access to users with sensory disabilities, are available free of charge on a CD (write to access@xxxxxxxx for single or multiple copies, remember to include your postal address, shipping is also free) or download them directly from the web at http://ncam.wgbh.org/publications/adm/

Funding for this project was provided by a three-year grant to NCAM from the National Institute on Disability Rehabilitation Research, U.S. Department of Education.
