MoPix Update from WGBH- August 10
ONE NEW CAPTIONED FILM DEBUTS TODAY
Daddy Day Camp from Sony Pictures (cc only) (rated PG)
This sequel to the smash hit Daddy Day Care finds dads Charlie Hinton
and Phil Ryerson (Cuba Gooding Jr., Paul Rae) in another kid-harried
adventure as they take over running a summer day camp. Armed with no
knowledge of the great outdoors, a dilapidated facility, and a motley
group of campers, it doesn’t take long before things get out of control.

August 17. Why the delay? Well, there seems to be a little problem with
the projection room equipment. We're all working hard to get this

After the gangsters who killed his father come to settle a score, a

Reyes (Empire) join forces to tell the story of one Latino family's
quest for honor and revenge as the hunted become the hunters in the new
thriller Illegal Tender.
Mr. Bean's Holiday from Universal Pictures (Aug 24) (cc dvs)
Rowan Atkinson returns to the iconic role that made him an international
star in Bean II. In his latest misadventure, Mr. Bean--the nearly
wordless misfit who seems to be followed by a trail of pratfalls and
hijinks--goes on holiday to the French Riviera and becomes ensnared in a
European adventure of cinematic proportions.
Death Sentence from Twentieth Century Fox Films (Aug 31) (cc dvs)
Kevin Bacon plays a businessman who is forever changed after he sees how
brutal men can be in this drama from SAW director James Wan. He vows
vengeance on the men responsible for the death of his son, beginning a
brutal war with the criminals.
* WGBH has developed a conversion to enable select Paramount and
DreamWorks films to be available via Rear Window Captioning systems.
Some of these titles will also be available with descriptions. The
latter will be designated "description" vs. DVS in our Updates to
indicate availability of that feature, though WGBH did not create those
descriptions.
