Another idea is to check around for a cosmotology school as the prices are 
minimal. The trick is that they aren't located everywhere.

  If the consumer just wants to have nice looking nails they can care for 
themselves, they should use an
  emery board to keep the nails nicely even and if the person takes the time to 
buff their nails regularly, they
  will look healthy and shiny. I have low vision and cannot polish my own nails 
and it is quite costly to have them
