Hi Everyone,
My husband and I are both totally blind and he is from China. We like to
prepare as much authentic Chinese food as possible but some things really need
a cleaver. We've talked about it and neither of us can come up with a safe way
for a totally blind person to use a cleaver. I'd love to hear any ideas you
may have. Thanks so much!
