FYI: the broken link to Marjorie Troughton's ONE IS FUN: GUIDELINES FOR BETTER 
BRAILLE LITERACY is now fixed and again available free online.  In case you are 
not familiar with this resource, "One" refers to grade one braille--yes, the 
former term for uncontracted braille.  At the time Ms. Troughton conducted her 
research and then made the information available to share with all of us free 
of charge as part of the grant dissemination activities, Grade One was the term 
commonly used.  Our thanks to SNOW and Mr.Charles Silverman for continuing to
