From an accessibility point of view not much. I know Len has been trying on
and off to make SSD accessible, but apart from switching presets, not much
else is doable, ... not that I know of at least.

What is possible with SSD 4?
Can you alter the pieces of the kit at all, select different drums,
or tune them?
My only experience with drum software is with Toontrack Superior
Drummer, and it's quite powerful and flexible.
