Hi Joe,
I haven't done this myself but just looked it up and this is the best I can
advise.
Go into Internet Explorer.
Go to Tools.
Go to Internet Options.
The first place I am in here is the right box. It says to create home page tab
type each address on its own line. In here type the address of the page you
want to be set as your home page.
From here try tabbing to ok.
Enter on this.
I hope this does it.
