Hi Joe,
Start GWConnect and sign in if prompted. Next, press Ctrl+F and
you'll be asked to enter your contact's Skype name, full name, and
email address. Then tab over to the Search button and press enter.
You'll be presented with a list of possible matches. The first match
in the list will be selected. Tab over to View Profile and press
enter and read through the profile to make sure it's the correct
person you're looking for. Press Esc to dismiss profile. Tab back to
list and arrow down to next entry in list if previous entry isn't who
you're looking for and repeat previous step. Tab once to the Add
button and press Enter if you've found you're contact. At this point,
you can type a short message to your contact just to let him/her know
it's you. Tab over to the OK button and press Enter. Now you're back
in the Search for Contact dialog. Tab over to the Close button and
press Enter. All you have to do now is wait until your contact grants
authorisation. Only when that happens, can the two of you start
talking.
