Sorry that I just couldn't give the address as you required it but my ISP I 
think it is would be trying to subscribe me misinterpreting things. 

Anyway glad you got it and of course as I say the structture applies to all 
lists of freelists.

  Now firstly to remember that all freelists lists end
  in -request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

  Before that you of course put the list name and then in the subject line the
  word subscribe or unsubscribe as the case might be.

  Remember that's how it is for all freelists lists, just of course the list
  name change in the address
