While in the inbox, open the "Tools menu, alt + T" and arrow down to options.
2. In here go to the "send page" using keys, "Control + tab".3. Tab along here and make sure that any combo box you come to with HTML checked that you press the down arrow to move onto "Plain Text" instead. 4. Tab over to the OK button and press the spacebar, hopefully this will address your problem once and for all.
