Hi Noreen,
I Googled for "outlook 2007 wonder bar" and found the following instructions:
To turn off Wonder Bar, press Alt+V to open the View menu, N to select
Navigation Pane, RightArrow to expand the submenu, O to select Off,
and press Enter to apply.
