Godmorning everyone,
today I bring you a very strange question but... I know that in this list
there are people who knows a lot of things about this matter.
I have a friend in Mexico, in Xalapa Citty, Veracruz State, in Mexico. He is
blind, and he works as chef of a tiflotecnology room for blind people in his
citty, Now they would like to change all Braille devices (I meanBraillelines)
but for doing it, they need money.
They contacted an spanish fondation qhich is dedicated to Latine America, but
without result, and they contatcted an fondation in Finalandi, but they stopped
all help for American countries.
Because of this, he is lloing for another fontation or association which could
help them, or another way.
And beacause of this I would llike to ask you, if perhaps someone of you, has
some idea , some way, perhaps through Ue or sometig, which he could try, or
something.
Please, if I dind't explain well, tell me, please and I will try to be clearer.
