Hi Susan,
There are two quick keystroke ways to speed up JAWS. In both cases,
incremental.
Ctrl+Windows+PageUp, speeds it up temporarily.
Ctrl+Windows+Alt+PageUp, speeds it up for good, or until you change the
speed again.
If you want to slow JAWS down: in both cases, substitute PageDown for
PageU,p in those keystrokes.
