Sounds like the DCM hasn't been properly loaded or maybe you're friend is
using a crack versionof jaws.

hi my friend has just loaded jaws 6 onto his computer. but the pc curser is
not reading the screenright. it reads the desktop alright bvut wil not read
emails, or websites or in word.and he cannot see the screen. it will not
bring up the jaws diallog box up to make changes can anybody help.
