hi all. before I call the amazon number to try to help me with this for the
second time I am not holding my breth since the first time didn’t help. I
thought I would ask hear again.
hi all. on my laptop running windows 10 32 bit with the kindle with
accessibility plugin for the kindle for pc app I am getting the following error
when trying to access some of my books. I hit control o to open the book and
get the following. the kindle book could not be opened please delete the book
from your device and re download it. when I go to the kindle store on amazon.ca
where I am registered I can’t seem to make any headway. I see a thing that says
something about cloud storage is opened but the buttons for deliver and others
are not avlaible. I did manage to get somewhere with the devices thing but I
couldn’t seem to select my kindle for pc device in the list. also all of the
books in the books section have a butten after them that just is red as dot
dot dot by jaws. all of these books seem to work just fine on my eye phone
running ios. but not on this laptop and not on my other laptop running windows
10 64 bit there are no books what so ever. and I am running the same program
there. I am at a loss as to what to do. as it is according to amazon I have 87
books on my kindle app and not all of them are able to be opened. many thanks
for any help any one can give me since short of calling amazon and giving them
a peace of my mind I am not Shure what I can do. from Mich Verrier from New
